@newfg it's a way to communicate with myself, but of course it helps with spelling too. I write in a language I feel to write in the moment, not to practice one of them.

@8 I usually communicate with myself without words) how many languages do you know?

@newfg it's hard to say, about 2.5. I can use two of them for comfortable communication, in one I can read and write with dictionary (it's a nice artificial language toki pona), but can not speak fluently, also I have some rudimentary understanding of two similar languages and recently started to learn another one, hope it would be my third real one. why asking?
