This is an exceptional mushroom cream-soup made by Dîbesh Ubal. It consists of blended mushrooms, potatoes, and an onion spiced with finely-dried herbs and cream and decorated with dried pieces of rye bread. It includes pieces of a finely cooked chicken fillet.
