Before anyone asks, yes, I went to school in Colorado in the 90's; a very dangerous school system where the teachers abuse children both physically and mentally. I reported it many times to the school board, various adults, eventually the Police ... and nothing was done other than I was blamed for "acting out" and was punished. The reality is I moved from California where this shit didn't fly, in Cali its usually the other way around, as it should be; teachers should never be the abuser. If someone stands idle while you are being abused or they take part in said abuse they are part of the problem. I encountered extreme gang violence growing up in Southern Cali (one of my friends was burned up right in front of me on the bus), witnessed various crimes and attacks of all kinds, but I never expected the violence to come from the teachers until I moved to Colorado. One teacher beat up my GF, I took her straight to the office to see the principal and report what had happened, she was afraid of getting into trouble ... the principal covered the whole thing up, even when the same teacher pushed my GF to the ground in his office, he said he didn't see anything! I kept complaining about it and I was thrown in to a wall by the PE teacher. Then the bus driver drove up the large hill to my house and told my mom to beat me more ... Jesus fucking Christ right? I was only eleven or twelve at this point. Colorado was backwards as fuck all. Thus I salute REB & VodKa for standing up to tyranny and oppression.
